Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Required. A Masters Degree highly desired.
Experience: Experience working in a special education setting working with children highly desired.

Licenses or Certification:
License in grade-level appropriate Special Education, Moderate Disabilities or Subject Area is preferred. If not licensed, must be eligible for an initial waiver, enroll in license track coursework, and make sufficient progress (Academic & MTEL) towards licensure to maintain waiver status.

Primary responsibility is to assist in the provision of intensified hands-on learning opportunities for students in assigned areas of work-study and related classroom experiences.  Under the direction of licensed educators and using provided curriculum and unit plans provides structured classroom and worksite learning experiences.   Ensures the safety, security and well being of assigned students and others (i.e., staff, students and visitors) in the worksite area.   Emphasizes the training and use of all approved safety procedures (i.e. Serve Safe, etc.) and use of PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment) appropriate to each worksite. Uses the specific worksite experience to introduce students to the generally expected codes of conduct, performance, and social interactions in the typical worksite.

Autism Services Program Clinical Supervisor

Position Description:
The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly clinical supervision to all ASD clinicians, providing oversight to campus clinical interventions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in crisis management and supporting day-to-day needs of the ASD clinical department. This includes oversight of development and implementation of student behavioral programing. The Clinical Supervisor works with the clinical department to ensure all clinical responsibilities are carried out in appropriate and timely manner.

Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

3 to 5 years supervisory experience in the field of ABA Autism Services. Must have experience in both research and professional practice.
